If you live outside of our delivery area, please shop online and select the "buy online/ pick up in store" option when you checkout. You can still buy direct from us, but you will need to come to the store at your preferred time to pick up your order.
No, you do not need to be present for the delivery. We are happy to leave the order at your home or business premises, however, if you request to be present for the delivery, we will not leave it unattended.

To check or edit your cart at any time, click on the Cart Checkout function at the top right of all pages, or above and below the shopping list function. You will also find and be able to edit your order in the sidebar of most pages.
Click on the [My Account] function at the top right of the page and select the [Forgot Your Password] link under the Login button. You will then be asked to enter your email address and the password will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, if you have filled a cart and can't remember your password at checkout, click the "I forgot my password' link under the Members Sign In button.
We believe that you should never pay more online than the price per kilogram that you would pay when shopping in store.
We also want to bring you only the best quality produce, for the best possible price.
Due to seasonal variation in fresh produce, the weight per item can vary. We do estimate very closely the price based on the average weight we expect for that item, but we can not know the final price until we weigh your order in store, prior to pick up or delivery.
So, occasionally, your order may cost a little more than the price estimate, and occasionally it will cost a little less. In those cases, we will either charge your card a small additional fee, or we will refund a small amount to your card.
In either case, it guarantees you will never pay more per kilogram than the quoted price per kilogram in store.
